Coffee is a fresh perishable product, therefore no refunds are given for any purchase of coffee. All orders received are final, and goods will be shipped as selected on the on-line order form. If an error has been made with the dispatch of your order we need to be notified immediately and will rectify by sending the correct coffee or merchandise item. Errors resulting from incorrect information entered or supplied by The User is The User’s responsibility but handled at the discretion of Chapter Coffee Roasters Ltd if and when we are notified.
